Hello all my fellow music mavens!

Hey Hey -- It's yer fave UG electronic-beat lovin, rekkid towing, spinnin 'n grinnin, computer-user 'n schmoozer....uh, Hi! It's Linda Leigh/L3 (the TYME Project, WTSR 91.3 Trenton, NJ 9p-12mn Sundays) comin at'cha with another edition of 'The T.Y.M.E. Report' and it must be the spring fever that's makin me wacky, or maybe it's just HOMEWORK by DAFT PUNK. Oy! What a rekkid! A Dj's delight too, rockin' choons aplenty on these 2 lp's! Ha! Oh yeah, throw that TRAX ON DA ROCKS by THOMAS BANGALTER with it, since he's one of those Daft type fellows ;)

Hmm, What else do ya want to know? Well, TRANCE type stuff is selling well, really, and jungle (the LTJ BUKEM type) continues to interest, ACID HOUSE and FUNKY ACID BREAKS and FREAKBEAT sound like summer 2 me!!! HAPPY HARDCORE and its harder cousins ala DJ FREAK are still reelin 'em in, making ya smile and dance and get crazy, like BOMB 20 on LESS THAN 20/DHR can! LAURENT GARNIER'S CRISPY BACON is pretty ok, ROBERT HOOD'S UNTITLED/THE GREY AREA is better...deeper :) In more progressive dance, the latin influence has coalesced into a purer flavor, and tribal beats and rhythms remain a steady fixture in electronic tracks for that primal feelin! And, Oh la la, FRENCH HOUSE, Oh so DIRTY "DIMITRI" LARRY!

So, as the TYME Project continues tick by tock, we're hearing tons of tunage, imported and domestic, and Jeeze, as long as the artists and labels keep it fresh (check out the PARTY ROCK and PORK labels!) and aren't afraid to be creative, weird, a bit out there, it'll all be good.... But, please stop using GOODMEN drum samples, Cheezy vocals, etc. -- I'd rather have No Vocals, because so much of the time the vox ruins a perfectly good track....no more MOBYisms, No using the words "EXTASY", "Come On", "Move your body", and No more female moans! It's been done!!! Of course, when anything is done excellently, it can include any (JEFF MILLS SHIFTY DISCO) and or all of the above (BEAUMONT HANNANT in NOTIONS OF TONALITY VOL 2)....so there!....as I was saying, Man, I'm hearing a lot of good stuff, but can always use more playable promo platters....WOULD YOU LIKE TO ADD YOUR VINYL TO THE FRAY? OK! I'm real open minded, and I'll give your recording a fair listen, and feedback in about a week if'n you want....

Speakin of Schmoozin'....perhaps we can do drinks by the pool at the WMC in Miami!

OK Then! Well, here's the contact info to call, send, fax, e-mail=Connect :) For consideration of play (Radio & Play-outs), please send all Promo materials to:
